The Day Gogo Went to Vote

The Day Gogo Went to Vote
 By: Eleanor Sisulu

This book is about the first election in South Africa Gogo was the oldest voter. Gogo went to vote in spite of all her trouble and her old age. The next day Gogo and her granddaughter were on the front page of the newspaper stating past and future. They all celebrated.

My favourite part is when they dip your hand into invisible ink that wears off in 3 days but only can be seen with a special type of machine that only voting stations have.
